This is the famous chateau de Chenonceau , which is called a Loire chateau but actually spans the Cher. It has been lived in by Catherine de Medici, Diane de Poitiers and numerous French kings. I love this reflection better than any other and obviously a French tourism website liked it as they have stolen it off my old site to use on their own. These days I have my logo embossed on the paintings to stop this, but I should take it as a back handed compliment to my work, I suppose. I can provide prints of this painting.
